Packaging Tape is where?

Frank laughs at me because I'll go days and days without posting on my blog. Then all of a sudden I'll post several things all at the same time. But today I had to laugh at my kids. I don't know who did it, but one of them put the packaging tape in the fridge. I guess that's one place to put it if we don't want to lose it. But the fridge?
